I have been all over the world with many different healers from the Maori in New Zealand to John of God in Brazil. I've had many massages, and I'm an acupuncturist. I can tell you that Chyrel is one of these rare bodyworkers who deeply connects to the body with which she engages. Her massage was transformative. The day after I felt lighter in my body, refreshed, and peaceful. The massage was a much needed detox both physically and emotionally. Very highly recommended!

While hiking the AT I found Chyrel, and I was certainly fortunate that she made time to squeeze me in! I came in with 600 miles behind, tight upper back and IT bands and hamstrings, and left with a great relaxed energy in all areas. Her touch is experienced, intentional, and tailored exactly to the body's need and for a great price. 90 minute deep tissue is the way to go in my opinion.

My husband surprised me with a massage with Chyrel for our anniversary in November. He had contacted her prior to our stay and she was more than gracious to accommodate his request for personalized appointments. Her location is small but very cozy and she was especially attentive to safe and clean protocols due to Covid. My massage with Chyrel was excellent - and I am someone who frequently gets massages. She asked relevant questions and used my responses to address problem areas and customize my massage. I continued to feel the results of her good work for many days following. If you're in the Lenox area, skip the large, touristy spas and schedule an appointment with Chyrel - you won't regret it! We frequent the Berkshires and she has now been added to our list of "musts"
